But before going into marketing, hiring designers and community managers to handle our social media accounts, it is best to be very critical and have a strong introspective on our current situation: Are we giving the best we can to our customers?

We have to ask ourselves the following questions:
- Are we giving our customers the best experience we can?
- Are they walking out of our restaurant happy and pleased with the service and the food?
- Do we currently have the right staff and are they motivated to give the best experience?
- Do we give the best training we can give our staff?
Because there is no better attribute or value to your client than knowing you care. And by care I mean that they receive a top notch attention, that every detail is well thought of and that we deliver on our basic value proposition, our food.
